Robert Henry is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Communities in Motion a GVF TMA Foundation. Robert worked with the founding organization, GVF, to establish the foundation as the premier organization for educating our regions youth and adults on the importance of infrastructure in our everyday lives.
Robert is also the Executive Director of GVF a not for profit Transportation Management Association. He serves as the President of the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT) Board of Directors and previously served as the Vice President for two years and the Region 9 director for four years. He also served as the President of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of ACT for six years.
Robert currently serves on the Board of Directors for the King of Prussia District and chairs their transportation committee. Robert has also been a presenter on infrastructure, social media, public policy and nonprofit leadership locally and nationally. He was selected as the Non Profit CEO of the year by the Main Line Chamber of Commerce in 2013 and as the ACT National Excellency in Advocacy in 2013. He has also been featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer twice for his expertise in the field of transportation.
In his personal life Robert is passionate about being a father, enjoys books on leadership and history and is an avid runner. He serves on the board of directors for the Pride of Quakertown, which is a local not profit that works to help children and create a sense of community in the Quakertown area. He has also served as Chairman of the Richland Township Parks and Recreation Board and on the township trails committee.
Maureen Farrell is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Communities in Motion, a GVF TMA Foundation. Maureen is responsible for the day to day activities of the Foundation, including but not limited, managing all of the foundations events, programs and securing grant opportunities.
Maureen is also the Assistant Director of GVF, where she oversees GVF's business development initiatives, project management, marketing programs and its sustainability initiatives. This includes managing GVF's 130 plus private and public organizations and the GVF staff. Maureen also coordinates and manages GVF's signature events and programs as well assisting the Executive Director with financial oversight for the organization.

In 2014, Maureen was a featured speaker at the SMPS Northeast Regional Conference. Her session focused on business growth through effective communication strategies and leveraging partnerships. In 2013 and 2012 Maureen was recognized by ACT National with its "40 under 40" awards, which highlight the top 40 transportation demand management (TDM) professionals under 40 in the country.
Prior to coming to Communities in Motion and GVF, Maureen was a Constituent Service Representative to former state Senator Connie Williams for two years. Maureen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Scranton. Upon graduating, Maureen went onto pursue and obtain a Master's degree in Public Administration from Marywood University. Maureen, originally from Scranton, PA, loves spending time with her family, enjoys the walkability in her neighborhood, seeing the sights and spending time at the beach.
